Hanoi - After the reflection of Lao Dong Newspaper, Kamly Clinic (Kham Thien street) was initially identified to have some shortcomings.

After the article "Blindly consulting on NMN, NAD+ and unlicensed stem cell infusions" about Kamly Beauty Salon - KamLy Medical Aesthetics, on August 3, the Hanoi Department of Health issued an official letter reporting to the Ministry of Health the results of inspection and verification. Previously, on August 2, 2026, the Department of Health received Official Letter No. 1464/KCB-QLHN dated July 31, 2026 of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management on the inspection and verification of the reflected content.

On August 2, 2026, the Department of Health issued Decision No. 2649/QD-SYT establishing an Inspection Team on the compliance with legal regulations on medical examination and treatment for Kamly General Clinic directly under Kamily Co., Ltd. (Culinary) located at: Floors 5, 6, 7, No. 119 - 121 Kham Thien, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward (Hanoi City).

On August 3, 2026, the inspection team of the Hanoi Department of Health coordinated with the Internal Political Security Department - Hanoi City Police and representatives of the Culture - Society Department of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam ward to conduct inspection and verification at the Clinic.

Through initial inspection, the Department of Health quickly reported the results as follows:

The inspection team determined that the clinic initially had shortcomings: not ensuring one of the conditions after being granted a License for medical examination and treatment; not ensuring medical equipment and essential medicines used in emergency cases; performing techniques not approved by the Ministry of Health; advertising beyond the scope of professional activities approved by competent authorities.

Accordingly, the inspection team of the Department of Health requested the Clinic to stop medical examination and treatment activities from 6:30 PM on August 3, 2026. Request the Clinic to remove all advertising content that is not in accordance with the law for the clinic's medical examination and treatment activities.

At the same time, transfer the content related to the business activities of Kamily Co., Ltd. to the Internal Political Security Department - Hanoi City Police to continue verifying and handling according to the provisions of law (if any).

It is proposed that the People's Committee of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward direct and supervise the compliance with the request to temporarily suspend the clinic's operations until there is a new notice from a competent authority.

Because the case has many contents that need to be further inspected, compared dossiers and documents and verified with relevant organizations and individuals, the Hanoi Department of Health continues to coordinate with the Internal Political Security Department - Hanoi City Police to verify and handle the clinic's violations according to the provisions of law.

The Hanoi Department of Health will continue to report to the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, the City Party Committee Office and the Hanoi City People's Committee on the results of handling violations of the Clinic.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper recorded that Kamly Beauty Salon (Kham Thien Street, Hanoi) advised, advertised and invited customers to use rejuvenation services such as NMN, NAD+, stem cell, whitening infusions... with prices of tens of millions of VND per course, while many techniques have not been licensed by competent authorities in the field of aesthetics.
