According to the forecast of the Southern and Central Highlands Hydrometeorological Station, on the day and night of March 19, the area between the East Sea, the sea area from Ninh Thuan to Ca Mau and the western sea area of the South East Sea (including the western sea area of Truong Sa archipelago) will have strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusts of level 8, level 9, rough seas, waves 3 to 6 m high.

The sea area from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa and the eastern sea area of the South China Sea (including the eastern sea area of Truong Sa archipelago) will have strong northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 7, level 8, rough seas, waves from 2 to 5 m high.

All ships operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by tornadoes, strong winds and big waves.
