On the afternoon of April 22, at a press conference organized by the provincial Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism, representatives of industry leaders said that a series of large-scale activities will take place simultaneously from April 25 to May 2, mainly concentrated at Xuan Hong Park.
A special feature in this year's series of events is a photo exhibition with 150 valuable documents, recreating the historical journey of Tay Ninh and the whole country, from the arduous resistance days to the renovation and development period today. The display space will be divided into many content segments, including the provincial typical achievements during the past 50 years in the fields of economic, social, cultural, defense and security.
In parallel with the exhibition activities, a fair area is arranged with a scale of about 150 booths to introduce OCOP products, regional specialties, along with many typical consumer and industrial - commercial items. This is not only an opportunity to promote local potential, but also a trade opportunity for businesses, cooperatives and traditional craft villages.
In particular, Tay Ninh will organize an artistic fireworks display on the night of April 29. According to the plan, the Provincial Military Command will be in charge of deploying 90 low-altitude artillery pieces, with a duration of 15 minutes. The filming location was carefully selected to ensure aesthetics and absolute safety for people watching. Technical and logistics work is expected to be completed before April 25.
Organizing this grand ceremony is not only an opportunity to review the heroic history, but also demonstrates Tay Ninh's efforts in affirming the role and position of the province in the overall development picture of the country.
