On August 24, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province announced that the locality has resolved the early retirement and severance pay regime for 2,545 cases subject to the reorganization of the political system according to Decree No. 178 and Decree No. 67. The total implementation cost to date is more than 1,853 billion VND.
The implementation of policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers contributes to streamlining the apparatus, reducing focal points, and improving the operational efficiency of agencies and units.
At the provincial level, the Party bloc currently has 5 specialized agencies including the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Organizing Committee, the Inspection Committee, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, and the Internal Affairs Committee. There are 2 public service units under the Government, namely Tay Ninh Newspaper and Radio and Television Station, and the Provincial Political School.
The Fatherland Front (FFF) and socio-political organizations still have one specialized agency, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. Meanwhile, the government sector still has 15 specialized and equivalent agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, including the Provincial People's Committee Office, departments, branches, the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board and the Office of the National Assembly Delegation (NAD) and the People's Council (HDND).
At the commune and ward levels, after the arrangement, specialized agencies are streamlined in the direction of gathering groups of similar functions and tasks, ensuring a reasonable number. This approach not only meets the requirements of completing political tasks but also improves the quality of the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the direction of streamlining, effective and efficient operations.
