On August 22, the Standing Committee of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to summarize the organization of congresses at the grassroots level directly at the grassroots level for the 2025-2030 term. The conference was connected online to 96 communes and wards in the whole province.
According to the report, from August 4 to 21, all 100% of the Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee, including 96 Commune and Ward Party Committees and 4 affiliated Party Committees, have completed the congress. The grassroots congresses fully implemented 2 contents including summarizing the implementation of the resolution for the 2020-2025 term and developing directions, goals and tasks for the 2025-2030 period, and discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the Provincial Party Congress.
Compared to the Central Government's regulations, Tay Ninh completed organizing grassroots congresses 10 days earlier. The preparation and organization work is generally assessed as serious, safe, and in accordance with principles; Congress documents are carefully prepared, close to the actual situation of each locality, demonstrating the determination to innovate and the desire for development.
Delegates attending the congress actively discussed, on average each congress had more than 60 comments. The newly appointed personnel are selected in accordance with regulations, ensuring standards of quality, capacity and qualifications. However, some localities still have limitations in identifying key tasks, breakthrough solutions and organizing discussions that are not really in-depth.
Speaking at the conference, Tay Ninh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet suggested that Party committees at all levels quickly complete documents, develop action programs to bring the resolution into life; at the same time, carefully prepare for the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
