On March 13, representatives of the leaders of Muong Lat commune, Thanh Hoa province, said that Muong Lat Commune Health Station has coordinated with the Ten Tan Border Gate Border Guard Station to spray disinfectant to polling areas belonging to 6 constituencies of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels, term 2026-2031.


Disinfection spraying is carried out in areas such as polling stations, voter reception areas, corridors, entrances and locations with frequent crowds to ensure environmental sanitation and cleanliness.
Representatives of Muong Lat Commune People's Committee added that the disinfection spraying process was seriously implemented by medical staff in accordance with professional instructions, using disinfectant solutions according to regulations.
The medical force also coordinated with election teams to inspect and review environmental sanitation conditions at polling stations, promptly guiding measures to maintain hygiene and prevent the risk of disease outbreaks.
Disinfection spraying at polling stations is one of the important contents in the preparation for election day. This activity contributes to ensuring a clean and safe environment for voters and task forces" - a representative of Muong Lat Commune People's Committee informed.
Previously, in order to ensure health safety for voters and forces participating in serving the election, Muong Lat Commune People's Committee also issued a plan to deploy health assurance work throughout the commune.
It is known that not only in Muong Lat commune, in recent days, in many other localities of Thanh Hoa province, functional forces are urgently completing preparations, ready for the election day of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Councils at all levels, term 2026-2031.

In Van Loc coastal commune, Thanh Hoa province, commune police officers and soldiers are always present in coastal residential areas, fishing ports, and boat anchorage to propagate and inform fishermen about the time and location of elections.
Representatives of the leadership of Van Loc Commune Police said that the locality has more than 48,700 voters who will exercise their voting rights and obligations. Meanwhile, the large number of fishing vessels operating for seafood exploitation, many vessels regularly fishing offshore, and the sea trip time lasts from a few days to many weeks, so ensuring that fishermen exercise their voting rights faces many difficulties.
To ensure smooth and complete election work, Van Loc Commune Police have coordinated with departments, branches and election teams to review and update the list of voters who are regular fishermen going to sea. Along with that, grasp the number of ships and boats, the time of going to sea and docking of each vehicle to propagate and widely announce to fishermen to arrange time to participate in the election.
Similarly, in Tien Trang commune, Thanh Hoa province, local police also proactively coordinated with local authorities to review and guide people in the area to ensure voting rights.
Representatives of the leadership of Tien Trang Commune Police, a locality with nearly 400 fishing vessels, including many fishing vessels that regularly operate for long days or work in other localities during the election. Faced with that situation, the commune police force coordinated with the election teams to contact and directly guide the procedures for applying for a certificate to participate in voting at the workplace or wharf.
Mr. Le Thanh Trieu - Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Home Affairs said that the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels, term 2026 - 2031, in Thanh Hoa province, 1,112 commune-level electoral units, 3,411 polling stations, with 3,411 election teams and 48,329 members participating in serving election work, with a total of nearly 3 million voters participating in the election.
