Notice No. 1909 dated September 19 of Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax on the application of temporary suspension of exit signed by Mr. Le Hong Phuc - Deputy Tax Minister of Thanh Hoa Province clearly stated that he would propose the competent authority to apply temporary suspension of exit measures for Mr. Yoon Do Hwan - legal representative of Yunis Vina One Member Co., Ltd. due to overdue tax debts.
According to tax management data of Thanh Hoa Province, Yunis Vina One Member Co., Ltd. (MST 2801166427, address: Lot B2 - Area B, Bim Son Industrial Park, Bim Son Ward, Thanh Hoa) still owes taxes. Previously, from November 30, 2022, the Provincial Tax Department issued a notice that the company was no longer operating at the registered address.
According to the new notice, if after 30 days from the date of issuance, the company has not fulfilled its tax payment obligations, the tax authority will propose to apply temporary exit suspension measures for Mr. Yoon Do Hwan (passport number SM03286XX, residence: Hacisco Building, No. 15, Lane 107 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Lang Ward, Hanoi).
The reason is that Mr. Yoon Do Hwan is the legal representative of the business and does not operate at the registered address, and also owes overdue tax according to regulations.
Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department also noted that in case the company wants to dissolve or terminate operations, the enterprise needs to submit a dossier requesting to terminate the validity of the tax code according to regulations; or if it has paid the full amount of tax debt, changed address, or changed legal representative, it is necessary to contact Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax directly for guidance.
