List of 12 business owners in Thanh Hoa who will be temporarily suspended from exiting the country due to tax debts

    Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department will apply measures to temporarily suspend exit for 12 business owners if they do not fulfill their tax obligations.

    On September 3, Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department said that on August 29, Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department issued 12 notices on the application of temporary suspension of exit measures for 12 legal representatives of many tax-deading enterprises if after 30 days from the date of notification they have not fulfilled their tax payment obligations as prescribed.

    Among them, there are Mr. Pham Trung Thu (born August 16, 1977, residing in Kim Son village, Ha Trung commune) - representative of Xuan Thu Construction and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company; Ms. Hoang Thi Tuyet (born October 20, 1987, residing in Hong Ky residential group, Ngoc Son ward) - Director of Tuyet Hoang Company Limited;

    Mr. Luu Van Tuan (born January 24, 1991, residing in Thanh Oai village, Dong Son ward) - Director of Tuan Binh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company;

    Mr. Le Trong Tuan (born on February 2, 1979, residing in Tan Chinh village, Dong Quang ward) - Director of 9999 Trading Service Company Limited.

    In addition, there is Mr. Tran Hong Su (born on February 2, 1983, residing in Bac Son village, Ha Long commune) - representative of Truong Son Thanh Hoa Trading Joint Stock Company;

    Mr. Le Cong Nang (born on August 10, 1990, residing at No. 22 Luong Van Yen Street, Sub-zone 6, Tinh Gia Ward) - representative of Phat Thien Dan Trading Service Company Limited;

    Ms. Tran Thi Phuong (born on July 26, 1981, residing on Khang Minh Street, Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh) - representative of Nghi Son Petroleum Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.

    The list continues with Mr. Hoang Van Toan (born June 10, 1987, residing at 184 Le Lai, Ngoc Lac commune) - representative of Bao Sinh Duong Pharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company;

    Mr. Vu Xuan Quy (born on August 30, 1984, residing in Thi Tu village, Trieu Son commune) - representative of Vietnam National Park Company Limited; Mr. Pham Dinh Dung (born on March 23, 1991, residing in Hamlet 7, An Nong commune) - representative of Dung Ngan Development Investment Company Limited;

    Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hai (born December 18, 1989, residing in Van Xuan Thanh residential group, Dao Duy Tu ward) - representative of Hai Hung Import-Export Production and Trading Company Limited;

    Ms. Tran Minh Phuong (born on August 12, 1996, residing at No. 50 Lane 183 Phuc Tan, Hong Ha Ward, Hanoi) - representative of Trung Trung Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

    Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department said that the above enterprises all have overdue tax debts. The application of temporary suspension of exit for legal representatives aims to ensure the recovery of tax obligations, while deterring cases of intentional delays.
