On September 3, Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department said that on August 29, Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department issued 12 notices on the application of temporary suspension of exit measures for 12 legal representatives of many tax-deading enterprises if after 30 days from the date of notification they have not fulfilled their tax payment obligations as prescribed.
Among them, there are Mr. Pham Trung Thu (born August 16, 1977, residing in Kim Son village, Ha Trung commune) - representative of Xuan Thu Construction and Trading Investment Joint Stock Company; Ms. Hoang Thi Tuyet (born October 20, 1987, residing in Hong Ky residential group, Ngoc Son ward) - Director of Tuyet Hoang Company Limited;
Mr. Luu Van Tuan (born January 24, 1991, residing in Thanh Oai village, Dong Son ward) - Director of Tuan Binh Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company;
Mr. Le Trong Tuan (born on February 2, 1979, residing in Tan Chinh village, Dong Quang ward) - Director of 9999 Trading Service Company Limited.
In addition, there is Mr. Tran Hong Su (born on February 2, 1983, residing in Bac Son village, Ha Long commune) - representative of Truong Son Thanh Hoa Trading Joint Stock Company;

Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department said that the above enterprises all have overdue tax debts. The application of temporary suspension of exit for legal representatives aims to ensure the recovery of tax obligations, while deterring cases of intentional delays.
