On May 28, the handover ceremony of the project monitoring system at the Dong Nai City Smart Monitoring and Operation Center (IOC) took place at the Dong Nai City Department of Construction.

Mr. Nao Thien Anh Minh, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Department of Construction, said that the city is currently implementing many large-scale infrastructure projects, from regional connecting traffic projects to key projects serving socio-economic development.
In the context of increasing workload, the application of software to monitor progress, control bottlenecks and urge project implementation has become an urgent requirement.

According to Mr. Minh, the system put into operation will support city leaders, the Department of Construction and departments and branches to closely monitor the progress of projects in the area, especially strategic transport projects such as expressways, bridges connecting with Ho Chi Minh City and many other key projects.
The project monitoring system at the Dong Nai City Intelligent Monitoring and Operation Center (IOC) is sponsored by Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC (CC1) and developed by XBOSS Technology Solutions Co., Ltd.
To date, the system has been integrated into the IOC of Dong Nai city and is in the early stages of operation.

The system is developed as a platform to support the management work of the Dong Nai City Department of Construction.
Accordingly, the system is decentralized into three levels, including: City leaders; investors, reporting units; system administrators (Department of Construction).

The outstanding point of the system platform lies in the application of digital maps to visualize space.
In addition, the early warning mechanism will automatically detect signs and risks of slow progress, construction output, disbursement that has not reached the plan or problems, helping to optimize the time and efficiency of project management and control.

Mr. Le Bao Anh, General Director of CC1, said: This is considered an action to concretize the desire of CC1 to contribute to the digital transformation process in the field of construction and public investment of Dong Nai city; it is expected that the system will not only support improving project management efficiency, but also contribute to data digitization, improving operational capacity and strengthening decision-making capabilities based on real-time data for local leaders while bringing practical benefits to investors.
Leaders of the Department of Construction also expect that in the next phase, the software needs to continue to be studied to expand the scope of application, gradually integrating more projects implemented by management boards to form a more synchronous and effective public investment management platform.
