On June 1st, according to PV's investigation, Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee has just approved the no-auction area for group IV mineral exploitation rights at Km108+00 soil mine, serving the construction of the Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway phase 2.
According to the signed decision, the approved area is located in Coc Phat Pac Vau hamlet, Tra Linh commune with an area of about 4.0ha. The type of mineral exploited is soil used as filling material for construction.
The mine area is determined by the VN-2000 coordinate system (105o45' axis longitude, 3o projection zone), the angle closing points are shown in detail in the appendix attached to the decision.
Soil exploitation in this area is aimed at providing filling and foundation material for the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway construction investment project phase 2 in the form of public-private partnership (PPP).
For other works and projects under the cases specified in Clause 1a, Article 55 of the Law on Geology and Minerals, the use of materials from the mine area can only be carried out after being approved by a competent authority.
Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee assigned the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to publicly disclose information about non-auction areas on the Provincial Electronic Information Portal.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant units to organize implementation according to regulations.
It is known that to serve phase 2 of the above expressway project, recently, Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee has approved the non-auction area for group IV mineral exploitation rights at Lung Na land mine (extended part).
Accordingly, the approved area is located in Lung Co hamlet, Phuc Hoa commune with an area of about 4.4ha. The type of mineral exploited is soil used as filling material for construction.
