The first incident occurred at around 6:20 a.m. on December 23 at km31+250 of National Highway 38 in Dong Giao Ben village, Cam Giang commune. A tractor-trailer carrying a semi-trailer driven by L.C.T (born in 1978, residing in Phu Ninh Commune) traveling from National Highway 5 to Bac Ninh collided with Ms. N.T.D (born in 22, Cam Giang Commune) carrying a bicycle across the road. As a result, Ms. D was injured and died at home. The initial cause was that Ms. D was not crossing the road safely.
At around 6:30 a.m. the same day, a serious accident occurred at km7+150 of 396 road. The car driven by Mr. N.N.D (born in 1995, Ninh Giang commune) in the direction of Ninh Giang - Lac Phuong collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. D.D.C (born in 1968, residing in Lac Phuong commune) in the front in the same direction.
The collision caused Mr. C to be seriously injured and died at 7:00 a.m. the same day. The cause of the accident was that Mr. D changed direction and did not observe.
