According to information from the People's Committee of Cam Pha City, according to the Department of Internal Affairs, the whole city of Cam Pha has 57 cases of early retirement and 15 cases of resignation according to the policy.
Including 4 city-level cadres and civil servants; 7 public employees of public service units; 57 commune-level cadres and civil servants; 4 labor contracts. During the appraisal process, the cases of resignation all met the conditions in accordance with Decree 178 and Decree 67.
Currently, the People's Committee of Cam Pha City is assigning the City Department of Internal Affairs to complete the dossier according to regulations to report to the competent authority.
Previously, 42 cadres and civil servants of the People's Committee of Van Don district also submitted applications for early retirement according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government.
According to the People's Committee of Van Don district, there were 41 cases of early retirement and one case of resignation.
After receiving comments from representatives of relevant units on cases of early retirement, the People's Committee of the district agreed and agreed to let the above cases retire early according to personal wishes.
