Regarding the reflection on the transportation of waste soil to implement the Ring Road 2.5 project, Nguyen Trai - Dam Hong section causing dust, pollution, and traffic unsafety at the beginning of Ring Road 2.5, Dam Hong - National Highway 1A section, functional units have worked to coordinate in handling violations of traffic order and safety on the route.
According to Mr. Tran Trung Dung - representative of Hoang Mai - Hanoi Construction Investment Co., Ltd., the 2.5 Ring Road project, Dam Hong - National Highway 1A section has been completed and technically opened to traffic since February 2026, the project enterprise is carrying out procedures for handover to the Hanoi Department of Construction.
Currently, the project enterprise is lending the road to 3 units to transport construction materials for projects including: Ring Road 2.5 project, Nguyen Trai - Dam Hong section (package No. 34), Thanh Xuan Funeral Home project and Thanh Xuan General Hospital project (with written commitment).
At the working session on September 4, Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 and Road Traffic Police Team No. 7, based on their assigned functions and tasks, determined: 3 construction projects above are located in Khuong Dinh ward, in charge of Road Traffic Police Team No. 7.
Traffic Police Team No. 7 is in charge of Ring Road 2.5 section from Thanh Xuan to the level crossing at house number 228 Ring Road 2.5 (belonging to Phuong Liet ward).
From house number 228 Ring Road 2.5 to National Highway 1A, the route is in charge of Traffic Police Team No. 14.
The content of the working session agreed to request Khuong Dinh Ward Police to coordinate with Traffic Police Team No. 7 to urgently organize a basic investigation to work with the above contractors.
Request contractors to submit complete construction documents (construction permits); prepare and provide contract lists with transport business companies, drivers; request signing construction commitments to be in accordance with the law, in accordance with construction permits, strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, ensure safe traffic, not carry oversized, overloaded, extended cargo boxes; not to affect the environment, must cover with tarpaulins, not to let them fall off...
