At this time, an unlicensed electric motorbike driven by N.H.H (born in 2008, residing in village 1, Vinh Thinh commune) traveling from the People's Committee of the commune to National Highway 10 collided with Mr. D.V.R (born in 1958, residing in Tam Thuong 2 village, Vinh Thinh commune).
As a result, Mr. R was seriously injured and taken to the emergency room. At about 9:35 p.m. the same day, Mr. R died.
The initial cause was determined to be H's failure to pay attention and caused the accident. The area where the accident occurred was an inter-village road, with no lighting.
