Regarding information about the above incident, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - Principal of Hoang Chau Secondary School (Hoang Chau commune, Thanh Hoa province) - confirmed that the female student who was beaten is L.T. A. T (7th grade student, Hoang Chau Secondary School).
After grasping the information, the school sent teachers to visit, encourage and work with T.'s parents. "Currently, T is being treated at Hop Luc General Hospital" - Mr. Hoa said.
Mr. Hoa also added that, through initial verification, the incident happened on the afternoon of March 18. On March 19, T still came to class normally. Only when the clip appeared on social networks did the school and functional agencies grasp the incident.
Previously, a clip appeared on social networks recording the scene of a female student being attacked by a group of friends in the middle of the road.
At the time of the incident, there were at least 3 girls continuously beating, grabbing hair and using their feet and helmets to attack the female student's head, causing her to faint. Notably, there were many people watching at the scene, including 2 male students, but no one intervened.
After the clip spread on social networks, the incident attracted public attention. Many opinions expressed outrage and condemned the violent behavior of the group of teenage girls.
