    Lao Cai - On the morning of September 22, authorities found more bodies of victims in the horrific flash flood in Lang Nu (Phuc Khanh, Bao Yen).

    The body identified as Hoang Duc Long (born 2023) - son of Hoang Van Thoi - was found at around 8:00 a.m. this morning (September 22) in the Lang Nu stream area.
