At about 9:30 am on September 21, functional forces coordinated with people to discover the body of N.D. A. T. (born 2013, residing in Bao An ward) in the Dong Hai seaport area, Dong Hai ward.
Previously, at about 5 pm on September 19, the Fire and Rescue Team (CNCH) area 8 under the Fire and Rescue Police Department (Khanh Hoa Provincial Police) received a report from Bao An Ward Police about a case of missing person on the river.
The victim is a female student, suspected of drowning in the Dinh River area, passing through Bao An ward.
Immediately after receiving the information, Area 8 Rescue Team dispatched 1 truck, 1 canoe and 10 officers and soldiers to the scene to deploy searches.
The CNCH force coordinated with the 5th Naval Special Forces Brigade, the Nam Khanh Hoa Volunteer Rescue Team, the Military force of Bao An Ward and local people to expand the search area for victims.
At about 9:30 am on September 21, functional forces received a report from people about the discovery of a body in the Dong Hai estuary area, belonging to Dong Hai ward.
Functional forces and family quickly arrived to verify. Through identification, the family confirmed that the body discovered was N.D. A. T.
Currently, the CNCH force and local authorities have supported the transfer of the victim's body to the family for funeral arrangements.
