On the morning of September 21, information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Hanoi City Police said that functional forces had just coordinated to successfully search for a female student who left home and had no contact with her family.
Previously, at about 3:50 pm on September 20, the family of Mr. C.V. M (born 1983, residing in Ung Hoa commune, Hanoi City) discovered that their daughter C.T. N. Q (born 2010) was not at home, and contacted her many times but were unsuccessful.
Through camera footage, the family determined that the child had gotten into a taxi with license plate 19H-050. xx, but it is not clear where he was moving.
Worried for their child, Mr. M's family contacted the Road and Railway Traffic Patrol and Control Guidance Department - Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security for support.
Upon receiving the report, the unit urgently deployed to verify vehicle information and travel itinerary.
After reviewing and determining that the taxi was likely to move to the Nuoc Ngam bus station area (Hanoi), the unit contacted Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 - Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police to coordinate the search.
Upon receiving the information, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Minh Tuan - Deputy Head of Road Traffic Police Team No. 14, directed the working group to urgently review the area of bus stations and surrounding areas.
At about 5 pm, the task force discovered a taxi with license plate 19H-050. xx stopping near the Nuoc Ngam bus station area, so they proceeded to check.
At the time of inspection, functional forces determined that C.T. N. Q was in the car with a young man, expected to take a passenger car to Thanh Hoa at about 6 pm. The working group took Q to Yen So Ward Police to work and informed the family to pick her up.
After welcoming their child back, Mr. C.V. M's family wrote a letter of thanks to the Road and Railway Traffic Patrol and Control Guidance Department - Traffic Police Department, Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 - Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police and officers and soldiers for coordinating in searching and timely supporting the family while they were worried, helping the child return safely.
