On May 28, informing reporters, a representative of the Department of Finance of Tuyen Quang province said that in 2025, the locality will be allocated 4,522 billion VND by the Central Government. However, the province has proactively allocated capital plans exceeding the assigned amount by 25%, bringing the total to more than VND 5,637 billion.
Of which, nearly VND 2,943 billion is local budget capital and VND 2,694 billion is central budget capital. The additional amount is mainly supplemented from legal sources such as land use fee collection of VND 791 billion and regular expenditure savings of VND 329 billion.
By the end of April 2024, the disbursement rate of the State Budget investment plan of Tuyen Quang province reached 31.08%, compared to localities, ranked 7th nationwide.
Tuyen Quang ranked behind Phu Tho province with 44.39%, Lao Cai with 43.45%, Thanh Hoa with 39.147%, Ha Nam with 38.44%, Bac Kan with 32.61% and Ha Tinh with 31.88%.
According to the Ministry of Finance, Tuyen Quang is also one of 35 localities with a disbursement rate higher than the national average in the first 4 months of the year.
