At around 8:00 p.m. on June 4, during a patrol and closed control of the area to ensure traffic safety, the Working Group of Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police) discovered a long oil stain on Trinh Van Bo Street (about 100m long) causing slippery conditions for road users.
The working group warned passing vehicles, at the same time reported to the unit commander and requested to increase manpower along with using trucks to spread sand on the saw oil stain.
After nearly an hour, the oil stain was treated, ensuring traffic order and safety in this area.
The authorities are extracting the camera to find the vehicle that caused the oil splatter and strictly handling it according to regulations.
