The People's Committee of Da Nang City requires departments, branches, sectors and localities to deploy a peak period of propaganda and mobilization of people to activate level 2 electronic identification accounts and integrate health insurance into the VNeID application, in order to speed up the implementation of the Electronic Health Book throughout the city.
Currently, only 614,774 health insurance are integrated out of a total of 2,914,121 permanent residents, reaching a rate of 21.1%. Therefore, units and localities must consider this a key political task, implement it drastically and comprehensively, ensuring that by November 15, 2025, the integration of electronic health books on VNeID for all permanent residents will be completed.
The City People's Committee requires the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards to take primary, direct and comprehensive responsibility during the peak period of activating level 2 electronic identification accounts and integrating health insurance into the VNeID application. Relevant departments, branches and sectors must accompany, closely coordinate and synchronously deploy tasks.
Focus on leading, directing, promoting propaganda, and at the same time instructing people to activate level 2 electronic identification accounts, integrating health insurance into the VNeID application.
During this peak period, all forces, vehicles and equipment are mobilized to the maximum, deployed continuously regardless of day or night, and administrative hours, determined to complete and exceed the set targets.
In particular, focusing on 3 key groups including: leaders, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the unit and locality; people in residential areas; agencies, organizations, and enterprises under the authority of state management and people to contact to carry out administrative procedures and public services. Propaganda and mobilization work must be implemented directly, with detailed instructions to support people.
Departments, branches, sectors and localities must closely follow their functions and tasks, carefully study targets, specify them into each task, and mobilize forces, establish working groups and assign clear targets to each group.
The head of each unit and locality is directly and fully responsible to the Chairman of the City People's Committee if the implementation is delayed, not seriously implemented, or the assigned targets and tasks are not completed.
