On the afternoon of September 11, information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Hanoi City Police said that, implementing the Plan of the Traffic Police Department - Ministry of Public Security on general control and handling of violations of road traffic order and safety for transport business vehicles, the Hanoi Traffic Police Department has deployed forces and vehicles to organize patrols and inspections on routes and localities, focusing on passenger and cargo transport business vehicles.
From September 3rd to September 9th, for passenger transport business vehicles, the traffic police force controlled 2,379 vehicles, handling 775 cases including contract cars, taxis, passenger cars with 8 seats or more, 2-story sleeper passenger cars and cases of vehicle owners violating.
The estimated fine amount is 574.45 million VND, deducting points from driving licenses for 11 cases.
For business vehicles transporting goods, the traffic police force controlled 2,315 vehicles, handled 570 cases, with an estimated fine of 2.083 billion VND; deducted points from driver's licenses in 87 cases, revoked inspection certificates in 11 cases, revoked badges in 19 cases and temporarily seized 5 vehicles.

According to the Hanoi Traffic Police Department, the main violations detected are related to stopping and parking; entering prohibited roads; speeding; not closing vehicles; picking up and dropping off passengers not in accordance with regulations; carrying more people and other regulations in transport business activities.
From now until September 25 (the general inspection period is implemented from August 26 to the end of September 25, 2026 - PV), Hanoi Traffic Police Department will continue to conduct general inspection and handle violations against transport business vehicles; strengthen patrols and inspections on key routes and areas, promptly detect and strictly handle violations, contributing to ensuring traffic order and safety in Hanoi City.
