On August 25, the People's Committee of Hiep Binh ward organized a conference to deploy the compensation, support, and resettlement project to serve Metro Thu Dau Mot - Ho Chi Minh City and Metro No. 6 (Tan Son Nhat International Airport - Phu Huu).
At the conference, delegates were informed about the scale, route orientation and progress of the 2 projects; and at the same time deployed contents related to compensation, support, and resettlement in the area.
The conference aims to strengthen coordination between local authorities, specialized agencies, project management units and consulting units, thereby preparing necessary conditions for investment, site clearance and project implementation.

According to the plan, Thu Dau Mot Metro - Ho Chi Minh City and Metro No. 6 are being targeted by Ho Chi Minh City to start construction at the end of 2026. Therefore, site preparation, especially compensation, support and resettlement, is considered one of the important tasks that need to be implemented soon.
Over the past time, consulting units of the 2 projects have conducted drilling surveys at many locations along the route to serve design work and prepare for construction deployment.
