National Highway 22

National Highway 22, the section from An Suong intersection to Ring Road 3, more than 8 km long, will be expanded from 36 - 40 m to 60 m, with a scale of 10 lanes.

The project also builds 7 overpasses at major intersections including Nguyen Anh Thu, Nguyen Thi Soc - Nha Vuong, Le Thi Ha, Tran Van Muoi - Ba Trieu, Ly Thuong Kiet - Nguyen Van Bua, Nguyen Thi Nuoi and Duong Cong Khi - Le Loi.

The total investment of the project is about 10,424 billion VND according to the BOT contract, expected to be completed in 2028.

National Highway 22 is a vital route at the Northwest gateway, connecting Ho Chi Minh City with Tay Ninh province and Moc Bai international border gate. The expansion of the route is expected to increase traffic capacity, while creating links with Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4 and Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai expressway.

North-South trunk road

The project to upgrade the North-South axis road (Nguyen Huu Tho road), the section from Nguyen Van Linh road to Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, about 8.6 km long, is being expanded to 60 m.

In the middle of the route, a 4-lane elevated bridge is built, with a design speed of 80 km/h. Below is a 6-lane parallel road.

The project will increase the connectivity of the central area with South Saigon, Hiep Phuoc port city and major traffic routes such as Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway, Ring Road 3, Ring Road 4 and Phu My 2 bridge.

Cat Lai - Phu Huu inter-port road

The Cat Lai - Phu Huu inter-port road is about 5.9 km long, connecting from Nguyen Thi Dinh street to the intersection of the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway and Ring Road 3. The road surface is 60 - 73 m wide, with a scale of 8 - 14 lanes.

Along the route, a 10-lane Ba Cua bridge will be built; a 4-lane elevated bridge for the Phu Huu port - SP-ITC section and a 6-lane elevated bridge for the SP-ITC - Ring Road 3 intersection section.

Total investment capital is approximately 8.782 billion VND, expected to be completed in 2028.

The route will form a specialized axis connecting Cat Lai - Phu Huu port cluster with Ring Road 3 and expressways, contributing to increasing cargo transport capacity and reducing pressure on Nguyen Thi Dinh, Nguyen Duy Trinh, Hanoi Highway and Ring Road 2 East.

Road connecting Hanoi Highway with Ring Road 3

The project connecting Hanoi Highway at Tram 2 intersection with Ring Road 3, combined with completing Go Cong intersection, has a total capital of more than 12,400 billion VND.

The route is about 5.9 km long, 107 - 120 m wide. In the initial phase, the project will build two parallel 6-lane roads.

Go Cong intersection is designed with a 4-story level difference, combined with a central roundabout. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
