Expanding Le Van Luong street to 8 lanes
The project to upgrade and expand Le Van Luong street has a length of about 8.6km, a scale of 8 lanes, and a cross-section of 40m.
The total investment of the project is over 11,000 billion VND, using capital from the Ho Chi Minh City budget.
Le Van Luong Street is one of the key traffic routes, connecting the South of Ho Chi Minh City with Tay Ninh (formerly Long An province).
Currently, the road is only about 6m wide, including 2 lanes for traffic in the opposite direction, so congestion often occurs when the number of vehicles increases.
The expansion of Le Van Luong street is expected to improve traffic capacity, reduce traffic pressure and strengthen connectivity between the Southern area of Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring areas.
Nguyen Binh street expanded to 8 lanes
The project to expand Nguyen Binh street, the section from Huynh Tan Phat street to Cay Kho bridge, is about 8.8km long.
The road is invested with a scale of 8 lanes, a cross-section of 40m. The total investment is about 9,598 billion VND, from the Ho Chi Minh City budget.
Nguyen Binh is one of the important connecting roads of the South with neighboring areas. When synchronously expanded, the road will increase traffic capacity, improve connectivity and contribute to reducing traffic pressure on existing roads.
Nguyen Van Tao expands 60m, 8 - 10 lanes
The project to upgrade and expand Nguyen Van Tao street is about 10km long, with a scale of 8 - 10 lanes, and a cross-section of up to 60m.
The total investment of the project is about 20,748 billion VND, using Ho Chi Minh City budget capital.
The expansion of Nguyen Van Tao street is expected to improve the connectivity of the Southern area of Ho Chi Minh City with urban areas, industrial parks and Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway.
