The emulation period launched in July 2025, focusing on four contents: Maintaining good vehicles, safe driving; improving the quality of passenger service; maintaining and repairing vehicles; and safely transporting delegations at the A80 event. The entire bus system has been deployed simultaneously, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, spreading to each route and workers.
As a result, Transerco has operated more than 291,000 vehicles safely, avoiding serious accidents. 78/78 bus routes have bonus points, the total score is 3 times higher than in 2024. In particular, bus route No. 05 (Mai Dong - University of Natural Resources and Environment) meets absolute standards, with no deductible points.
The number of negative feedback from customers decreased sharply, instead 814 compliments, an increase of 8.3 times over the same period, focusing on the sense of responsibility and service attitude of drivers and employees. Many beautiful examples were spread, such as employee Nguyen Ngoc Tu (route 20A) with 20 compliments, driver Le Van Tuan (route 114) with 14 compliments, or ticket sellers supporting passengers to the emergency room, which were recognized by the online community.
At the same time, the "Building a culture of serving Transerco buses" Contest continues to affirm its core role in spreading the spirit of civilized and friendly service. The annual awards of "Golden Lens", "Outstanding Service Employee", "Excellent Repairman" are also maintained, with 62 outstanding individuals honored.
On the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, Transerco mobilized more than 250 vehicles, safely transporting over 5,000 domestic and international delegates. This work was highly appreciated by the Hanoi Party Committee and People's Committee, and many collectives and individuals were awarded certificates of merit.
At the end of the emulation period, the Emulation Council commended and awarded 354 prizes to outstanding collectives and individuals.
The above results have affirmed the efforts of nearly 4,000 Transerco officers and employees in building the image of the capital's buses as safe, civilized, and friendly to the people.
