Or, if the customer still insists on returning the card, the store will refund the full amount of goods corresponding to the remaining amount of the customer after deducting from the previous times of receiving the goods (For example: the customer has received the goods 3 times, equivalent to 1.5 million VND, the remaining 1.1 million VND, the store will return to the customer the amount of goods equivalent to 1.1 million VND).
In case the customer has an unactivated card and requests to receive a refund of 2,600,000 million VND, the customer must fill in the Application for refund of the citizen card and send it with a photocopy of the ID card + receipt of money transfer to the company and submit it to the store.
This company notes: If customers receive the above notice and do not come to complete the card conversion procedure, it is considered that they have agreed and accompanied the company.
Previously, Trieu Nu Cuoi Joint Stock Company announced that it would temporarily suspend the operation of the entire system from January 3, 2025 to January 10, 2025 and would reopen on January 11, 2025. Reason: The company's account was sealed, the seal was temporarily held by the authorities to serve the investigation. Therefore, all transactions with suppliers to supply goods to the system of local stores were temporarily interrupted.
The only Million Smiles store in Quang Ninh has just recently opened in Cao Thang ward, Ha Long city, but many people have already bought cards from this store.
With the price of 2.6 million VND/card, customers can buy goods with a value not exceeding 500,000 VND/time on Saturday and Sunday (but can only buy once). The validity of each card is 1 year.
However, not long after it opened, the store was temporarily closed after Hanoi police urgently searched the headquarters of Trieu Nu Cuoi Joint Stock Company and the residence of Ho Quoc Than (born in 1992, in Con Cuong district, Nghe An province) - Director of the Company - due to signs of fraud.
