Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee Headquarters to be operational from August 21

    Lao Cai - After more than 2 years of construction, the headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committees have been completed and put into use since August 21.

    Information from the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee Office, from August 21, the Provincial Party Committee and the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee Office will move to work at the new headquarters at 1225, Yen Ninh Street, Yen Bai Ward, Lao Cai Province.

    The Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee and Party Committees headquarters project is located in Yen Bai ward, invested by the No. 1 Construction Investment Project Management Board, with a total investment of about 350 billion VND.

    The project started on July 7, 2023, with Lanmak Real Estate Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company as the contractor, with a construction scale of 7 floors, including 1 ground floor and 6 working floors.

    The total floor area is about 18,500m2, the total land area is about 2.57ha.

    After 2 years of implementation, the project was completed and officially put into use from August 21.
