The project started on July 7, 2023, with Lanmak Real Estate Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company as the contractor, with a construction scale of 7 floors, including 1 ground floor and 6 working floors. The total floor area is about 18,500m2, the total land area is about 2.57ha.
According to Lao Dong, the headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee and Party Committees of Lao Cai province is located on the top of a low hill at Km 5, with a breathtaking view, with a prime location, in front of a large lake.
At present, the outside of the project has been basically completed and interior interior and equipment are being installed.
Many people expressed their pride that the Provincial Party Committee headquarters is about to be completed on a large scale and modernly, especially when merging the two provinces of Lao Cai and Yen Bai to center in this area.
On August 8, after inspecting the project, Permanent Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen The Phuoc requested the investor to urge the contractor to speed up the construction progress of the Provincial Party Committee Headquarters Project and the Party Committees.
In particular, mobilizing maximum human resources to complete the headquarters interior before August 20.; focusing on prioritizing tasks such as: equipment installation, interior decoration, sound and light processing... striving to complete all work before August 30.
Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc emphasized that construction units need to focus on human resources working day and night, in which it is necessary to pay attention to ensuring the technical quality and aesthetics of the interior. At the same time, during the construction process, it is necessary to carefully review if unreasonable in the design is discovered, the construction unit and the design unit need to closely coordinate with the investor to review, adjust and supplement design details to suit the requirements of the function.
In addition, the No. 1 Construction Investment Project Management Board proactively coordinated with the Department of Construction of Lao Cai province to conduct inspections and acceptance in accordance with the provisions of law; at the same time, completed legal procedures related to tree relocation, asset recovery, etc.
