Quang Ninh requires localities, departments, and functional forces to continue to inform and widely propagate the development of the storm; inspect and review vulnerable locations and landslide risk points, especially embankments and structures on steep slopes and along waste dumps.
Bai Chay Bridge will temporarily stop for people and rudimentary vehicles to pass when the wind is above level 6. Underground, overflow points and dangerous areas all have 24/7 duty forces, determined not to let people and vehicles pass when floods and landslides occur.
