Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee has just issued a document on definitively handling unlicensed and illegal construction works within the dike protection area and riverbank areas that pose a risk of fire safety.
Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee requests the Commune Economic Department to preside over and coordinate with Dyke Management Unit No. 10, commune police; village bases along Tich dyke to organize inspection, review, and classification of all violating works remaining within the scope of dyke protection, on public land, agricultural land, and project land in the riverbank area in the commune.
The Economic Department presides over and coordinates with departments and related units to advise the Commune People's Committee on plans and roadmaps to thoroughly handle violations, paying special attention to focusing on handling large-scale and large-sized projects, warehouses, production workshops, and serious and prominent violations that have been proposed for handling by inspection agencies, not allowing violations to persist for a long time, causing fire and explosion incidents causing damage to people and property; and at the same time taking measures to prevent new violations from arising.
Along with that, preside over and coordinate with departments and related units to strengthen management of public land, agricultural land, and project land in the riverbank area, within the dike protection scope. Organize inspection, review, and advise the Commune People's Committee on land management and use plans in the above areas according to regulations; advise the Commune People's Committee to recover or report to competent authorities for recovery for riverbank and dyke-side land used for wrong purposes, violating the law.
The Commune Police directs and assigns grassroots officers and police officers to grasp the situation, proactively coordinate with the Economic Department and related units to organize inspections and advise the Commune People's Committee to handle violating projects according to regulations, especially cases of large-scale violations, intentional violations, and recidivism; consider criminal handling for acts with signs of crime (if any) according to regulations.
Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee requests Dyke Management Unit No. 10 to proactively assign officials and dyke control officers to coordinate with the Economic Department and relevant units to organize inspection, review, and classification of all remaining violating works within the scope of dyke protection, on public land, agricultural land, and project land in the riverbank area in the commune. In addition, coordinate with departments, agencies, and relevant units to advise the Commune People's Committee to handle violating works (if any) according to regulations.
Village heads along the Tich River (Liep Mai; Ngoc Bai; Ngoc Phuc, Thong Dat, Dai Phu; Vinh Phuc; Co Hien; Dai Dong - Do Lan; Lien Tri Dong Son; Muon; Ro; Dinh Tu; Can Thuong; Can Ha; Cay Chay) grasp the situation in the area, proactively inform and coordinate with the Economic Department, commune police and related units to organize inspections and handle violating projects according to regulations.
The General Service Center proactively coordinates with the Commune Economic Department and commune police to organize propaganda and dissemination of legal regulations on fire prevention and fighting, land, dykes, disaster prevention and control and other relevant regulations.
