On January 12, Lang Son Provincial People's Committee just issued a Decision on transferring and renaming the Regional Project Management Boards directly under the Lang Son Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to be directly under the Commune-level People's Committee.
According to the Decision, 11 Regional Project Management Boards were transferred to their original status and renamed.
Project Management Board of area I is transferred to Dong Kinh Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board; area II becomes Dong Dang Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board; area III becomes Loc Binh Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board; area IV becomes Dinh Lap Commune Construction Investment Project Management Board.
Zone V becomes the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Chi Lang commune; Zone VI becomes the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Huu Lung commune; Zone VII becomes the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Na Sam commune; Zone VIII becomes the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of That Khe commune;
Zone IX becomes the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Van Quan commune; Zone X becomes the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Binh Gia commune; Zone XI becomes the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Bac Son commune.
The transfer is carried out according to the principle of maintaining the status quo, including the entire organizational structure, officials and employees; finance, assets, headquarters, equipment; dossiers, documents, accounting books and related documents.
At the same time, construction investment projects currently managed and organized by the Project Management Boards of the area are also transferred to the commune-level People's Committee for reception.
The Provincial People's Committee requests that the handover process must be fully recorded between the Lang Son Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and the commune-level People's Committee receiving, with confirmation from relevant agencies in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring project management activities are not interrupted.
The decision takes effect from February 1, 2026.
