On the afternoon of March 24, leaders of Vinh Hung ward, Nghe An province confirmed that an incident had just occurred in the area where a woman died after falling from the upper floor of an apartment building.
According to initial information, at about 3 pm on the same day, residents living in an apartment building in Vinh Hung ward discovered a woman falling from the 22nd floor to the ground. Due to severe injuries, the victim died on the spot.
The victim's identity was identified as Ms. N.T. Q. T. (33 years old, residing in Truong Vinh ward, Nghe An province), currently renting an apartment in this building.
Immediately after receiving the news, functional forces quickly arrived, cordoned off the scene, organized an examination, and at the same time verified and investigated the cause of the incident.
Initially, functional agencies determined that the victim fell from the balcony area of the apartment on the 22nd floor. The specific cause is still being investigated and clarified.
