On July 9, the police force of Hiep Thanh commune, Lam Dong coordinated with functional agencies and people to search for baby Tran Pham Nhat Han (born in 2023).
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, after receiving the report, the authorities of Hiep Thanh commune mobilized about 100 people including police, militia, youth unions, and local people to search for the child. Along with searching in gardens, ponds, rivers and streams, and residential areas, the authorities also extracted security camera images around the area to find the girl's whereabouts.
"We extracted camera footage from many locations but did not record any images related to the child. As of this morning, the search has not yet had results, said a leader of Hiep Thanh commune.
According to the source, Tran Pham Nhat Han is the daughter of Ms. Pham Thi Thao Vi (24 years old). Ms. Vi and her husband work in Da Lat, Lam Dong, so they should send their child to their grandmother in Phi Nom village, Hiep Thanh commune for direct care.
On the morning of July 5, while Han was playing at home, her grandmother went to the garden area to work. At 11am the same day, Han's grandmother went into the house but could not see her granddaughter, so she shouted and searched for her.
After receiving the news, the authorities of Hiep Thanh commune stepped in to verify and arrange forces to search.
Up to now, the search has entered the 4th day but the whereabouts of the 2-year-old girl are still unknown.
