At the Conference, leaders of the Organization Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee announced the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on assigning and transferring Mr. Do Van Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Standing Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee - to resign from the position of Standing Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to work at the Department of Home Affairs.
Mr. Do Van Hung was appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs from August 15, 2026, and concurrently holds the position of Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee.
Transferring Mr. Pham Manh Duyet - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment - to work at the Na Hang Commune Party Committee, appointing him to participate in the Party Committee Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Na Hang Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030.
Transferring Mr. Truong Quoc Khanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance to work at Tan An Commune People's Committee, introducing him to the Tan An Commune People's Council to elect him to hold the position of Chairman of Tan An Commune People's Committee, term 2026 - 2031.
Transferring Mr. Nguyen Van Dong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Tan An Commune People's Committee - to work at Thai Binh Commune People's Committee and introducing him to the Thai Binh Commune People's Council for election to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of Thai Binh Commune People's Committee, term 2026-2031.
