Reports at the meeting showed that members of the Steering Committee and agencies, units, and localities have actively implemented tasks related to the arrangement of villages and residential groups in accordance with the direction of the Central Government and the province.
Regarding the arrangement plan, based on the review, the whole province is expected to arrange 3,802 villages and residential groups to remain 1,890 villages and residential groups (1,730 villages, 160 residential groups), a decrease of 1,912 villages and residential groups (equivalent to 50.29%) compared to the present.
Regarding the arrangement, placement, and settlement of policies and regimes for non-specialized personnel at the commune level, as of May 1, the whole province had 1,156 non-specialized personnel.
To date, 1,137 cases have been resolved, reaching over 98%. Of which, 994 cases are entitled to regimes and policies according to Decree No. 154/2025/ND-CP; 67 cases are accepted as civil servants; 21 cases have signed labor contracts; 55 cases are assigned to work in villages and residential groups.
Currently, there are still 19 cases being further guided and completing procedures according to regulations.

Discussing at the conference, members of the steering committee focused on clarifying the implementation of tasks; plans for arranging villages and residential groups; the arrangement and use of non-specialized personnel at the grassroots level associated with standards and criteria according to regulations.
Concluding the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh proposed to continue to promote propaganda and thoroughly grasp the policy of arranging villages and residential groups to create high unity in awareness and consensus among the people.
Localities continue to review and arrange a contingent of cadres suitable to task requirements. Fully and promptly implement regimes and policies for cadres and non-specialized personnel.
The Steering Committee agreed to continue reviewing villages and residential groups that have not met the standards to develop appropriate arrangement plans.
For villages and residential groups that have met the standards but still have conditions to merge to expand the scale and create new development space, continue to study and consider implementation.
