On the morning of June 2nd, Mr. Ma The Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province met with the provincial delegation attending the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Ha Trung Kien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province, along with leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.
At the meeting, Mr. Ma The Hong acknowledged and praised the outstanding results that trade union levels in the province have achieved in the past time; and affirmed that the XIV Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union is an important political event of the working class and trade union organizations nationwide.
Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province requested delegates to promote the spirit of responsibility, strictly comply with the Congress regulations, actively participate in discussions, and contribute many heartfelt opinions to important documents and contents of the Congress.
He also requested delegates to strengthen exchanges, learn from experience, and absorb new guidelines and orientations to effectively apply them to practical work in the locality after the Congress. At the same time, he expressed his belief that the delegation of Tuyen Quang province will successfully complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the overall success of the Congress.
The delegation of Tuyen Quang province attending the Congress includes 10 official delegates, representing trade union officials, union members and workers of grassroots trade union blocs in the province.
These are typical officials and union members, with many outstanding achievements in labor, work and trade union activities, representing the will and aspirations of a large number of union members and workers in the province.
The 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031, takes place from June 3 to 5 at the National Convention Center (Hanoi) with the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development". The Congress was attended by 780 delegates, representing more than 11 million trade union members nationwide.
Welcoming the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, the Provincial Labor Federation has launched and organized many practical activities such as Workers' Month, Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health.
Health check-ups for union members and workers, sports tournaments, cultural and artistic activities, and programs to care for union members' lives are organized in many places in the province.
After the Congress, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation is expected to launch the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" for the period 2026 - 2031 to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere, contributing to bringing the Congress resolution into life soon.
