On the afternoon of August 9, Mr. Trương Đình Hạnh - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Huế City stated that the competent authorities have just conducted an inspection of the "Loan Beauty Center" beauty salon (located at An Dương Vương Street, An Cựu Ward).
Earlier, the People's Committee of Huế City received a complaint from citizens through the Hue-S application, which was forwarded by the Thừa Thiên Huế Province's Intelligent City Management and Supervision Center (IOC).
The content of the complaint alleged that the aforementioned establishment brazenly operated and advertised its beauty services in violation of the law, disregarding human life and openly operating without a license.
Upon receiving the complaint, the People's Committee of Huế City directed the city's Health Center to take the lead, in coordination with relevant agencies, units, and localities, to conduct an inspection.
At the time of the inspection, the interdisciplinary inspection team noted that the "Loan Beauty Center" had no customers to perform beauty services. The establishment failed to present relevant documents and licenses related to the provision of beauty services.
Furthermore, the establishment was in the process of renovation. The establishment also displayed a sign advertising filler and Botox injection services, as well as non-invasive facial shaping services.
Additionally, the establishment's Facebook page advertised images of filler and Botox injection services and offered training for trainees related to beauty services.
Mr. Trương Đình Hạnh stated that after the inspection, the interdisciplinary team requested the "Loan Beauty Center" to self-destruct the products used for beauty services and to cease all beauty services. The team also required the removal of advertising content from the establishment's Facebook page.
Additionally, the leader of the An Cựu Ward People's Committee stated that the establishment is currently complying with the inspection team's requirements, closing the establishment, and dismantling the advertisements.
