Accordingly, at about 1:15 PM on January 8, 2026, on DT468 road (section passing through Chi Linh village, Than Khe commune, Hung Yen province), a traffic accident occurred between a truck carrying goods with license plate 15H-06459 and a dump truck without license plates stopping and parking on the roadside for repair. The accident injured 2 people.
The strong collision caused the front of the cargo truck to be heavily damaged, the cabin frame to be deformed, and the car door to be stuck. The driver suffered multiple injuries, was unconscious and trapped in the cabin, unable to escape on his own.
Immediately after receiving the news, leaders of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department, Hung Yen Provincial Police urgently dispatched 1 fire truck, 1 vehicle and 10 officers and soldiers to the scene to organize rescue and relief, and at the same time deployed measures to prevent the risk of fire and explosion due to fuel spilling onto the road.

When the Fire and Rescue Team of Hung Ha area arrived at the scene, the truck driver was taken to Quynh Phu General Hospital for emergency treatment by Than Khe Commune Police and people. The truck driver carrying goods with license plate 15H-06459 was still trapped in the cabin.
The Fire and Rescue Police force quickly dismantled the side window, used specialized vehicles and equipment to cut and remove the cabin, and brought the victim out safely. After about 15 minutes, the functional forces successfully rescued and coordinated with the medical force to take the injured person to Quynh Phu General Hospital for emergency treatment.
After completing the rescue work, the Fire and Rescue Police force coordinated to clean up broken glass and handle oil spills on the road surface to ensure traffic safety and prevent fires and explosions.
