The accident occurred at 9:15 am on February 25 when a truck with license plate 50E - 404. xx moving on the highway in the North - South direction to the area of Ky Van commune collided with a car with license plate 49A - 330. xx traveling in the same direction.
After the collision, the car was run over in front of the truck. The accident did not cause any casualties but caused traffic congestion on the lane near the hard median strip, making it difficult for vehicles to circulate at the scene of the accident.
