It is expected to use the current headquarters of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Minh Chau commune as the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front (FFC) and socio-political organizations of the new Minh Chau commune.
Quang Oai commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the communes of Tien Phong, Dong Quang, Cam Thuong (belonging to Ba Vi district); most of the area and population of Tay Dang town and the communes of Thuy An, Chu Minh (belonging to Ba Vi district).
The headquarters of the People's Council - People's Committee of Ba Vi district is currently expected to be used as the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the new Quang Oai commune.
