On September 25, the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province held a ceremony to honor "Outstanding Citizens of Thua Thien Hue province" in 2023 and presented state-level awards to outstanding collectives and individuals in various fields who have made outstanding achievements and practical and important contributions to the process of building and developing the province.
