Previously, as Lao Dong reported, storm No. 10 caused big waves and strong winds in the coastal area of Do Son. High waves overflowed the banks, causing many roads in this area to be flooded. On September 28, a storm in Hai Phong also caused many trees to fall, including a broken royal poinciana tree in Gia Vien ward, causing one person to suffer minor injuries.
