On the morning of September 29, due to the impact of storm No. 10, from this morning in the Do Son sea area, there were big waves and strong winds, posing many potential safety risks.

The People's Committee of Do Son Ward also issued a notice requesting all people and tourists to strictly comply with the sea ban; not to gather or be curious about dangerous areas. Previously, according to Lao Dong, from the afternoon of September 28, the coastal area of Do Son recorded big waves, strong winds, waves up to 4-5 m high. According to local leaders, from 10:30 am on September 28, due to high water levels combined with big waves, Do Son ward set up a checkpoint to prevent tourists as well as people from going out to watch the storm, take photos, check-in, which could easily endanger their lives.
As of this morning, September 29, the sea level continued to rise with fierce waves, waves up to more than 5 m high. Waves hit the shore, causing flooding on some coastal roads. The weather in this area has moderate rain, heavy rain, and gusts of wind due to the impact of storm No. 10.
