Muong Hoa commune, Phu Tho province was established on the basis of arranging and merging the entire natural area and population of Phu Vinh commune and Suoi Hoa commune in Tan Lac district, former Hoa Binh province.
Favored by nature, Muong Hoa commune has many hamlets adjacent to the Hoa Binh lake area. To exploit this advantage, the locality is developing cage fish farming along with ecotourism and community tourism.
The project to renovate and expand the main road of Muong Hoa commune center (from the intersection to Song market, hamlet Tham to the intersection of hamlet Day) was approved by Muong Hoa Commune People's Committee from June 29, 2026 according to Decision No. 403/QD-UBND.
This is a group C project, with a total investment of 23 billion VND invested by the Muong Hoa Commune Economic Department.
According to the reporter's investigation, the Economic Department of Muong Hoa commune recently issued a bidding invitation notice for the Construction package of the project.
The above bidding package was widely bid through the network, with a price of nearly 17 billion VND from the commune budget from 2026.
In the near future, after completing the contractor selection work, the winning bidder will construct the renovation and expansion of the main road of Muong Hoa commune center, the section from the intersection to Song market, Tham hamlet to the intersection of Day hamlet.
The road being constructed has a total length of about 2.46km, designed according to level V mountainous road standards, design speed of 30km/h.
The route will have a roadbed width of 6.5m (excluding longitudinal grooves), a road surface width of 5.5m; road surface structure made of asphalt concrete; horizontal drainage system made of reinforced concrete and concrete stones; and the rest is a traffic safety system.
Regarding progress, this bidding package has a contract implementation time of 720 days.
According to the investor, the project is invested to ensure traffic safety, meet the travel needs of vehicles participating in traffic, gradually complete the road system, contribute to embellishing the rural landscape; promote socio-economic development, trade, services, and improve the material and spiritual life of the people.
