2E HHT Vietnam Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 15 residential land plots in Hung Viet commune, Phu Tho province.
Land plots have a starting price of 3-5 million VND/m2, the auction is expected to take place on August 1, 2026.
According to the notice, the assets put up for auction include 15 residential land plots, including 2 plots in Phien Quan area and 13 plots in Cay Co field, Hill 16, Doc Ngat area.
The person whose assets are auctioned is the Hung Viet Commune Service Center.
For Phien Quan area, plot D01-39 has an area of 390.3m2, starting price of 5 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 1.95 billion VND.
Plot D02-11 has an area of 360m2, starting price of 3.5 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1.26 billion VND. Both plots apply a price step of 100,000 VND/m2.
Meanwhile, 13 land plots in Cay Co area are all rural residential land (ONT), with areas from 300-367.5m2. The starting price is determined at 3 million VND/m2, a price step of 100,000 VND/m2.
According to the plan, the auction is organized in the form of indirect voting, the method of raising bids.
Participants can submit the form directly at the Office of 2E HHT Vietnam Joint Venture Auction Company or send it by post as prescribed.
The time for selling and receiving applications to participate in the auction starts from July 10 to the end of July 29, 2026. The field survey of land plots is organized from July 20-22 for Phien Quan area and until July 29 for Cay Co area.
The auction result announcement session is expected to take place on August 1, 2026 at the Hall of Hung Viet Commune People's Committee.
According to regulations, auction participants must be subject to land allocation by the State with land use fees according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, and at the same time fully meet the conditions on dossiers, deposits and civil act capacity.
The auction organization also noted that the deposit will not be refunded for cases of not participating in the auction session, refusing to sign the auction minutes, withdrawing the offered price or refusing the winning auction result according to the provisions of law.
For customers who did not win the auction and did not fall into the cases of violation, the deposit will be returned within 3 working days from the end of the auction session.
According to the notice, the starting price of land plots does not include registration fees and other financial obligations according to current regulations.
