Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) on June 6 said that, implementing the task of state management in the fields of construction order, land, dyke protection corridor, power grid safety and fire prevention and fighting in the area, the Kieu Phu Commune Inspection Team has organized a review and inspection of establishments showing signs of violations.
Through actual inspection, the inspection team recorded a number of cases showing signs of construction order violations; land use for wrong purposes on agricultural land; violations of dike protection corridors; violations of power grid safety corridors; and at the same time, not ensuring fire prevention and fighting conditions as prescribed.
At the scene, the inspection team made records for the violating works and establishments; requested relevant organizations and individuals to immediately stop the violations, urgently overcome the shortcomings, and ensure compliance with current legal regulations.
Based on the inspection results, the Inspection Team has summarized the dossiers and advised the Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee to consider and issue decisions to stop the supply of electricity and water for violating cases, in order to strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, ensure safety and order in construction, land and fire prevention and fighting in the area.
Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee requests organizations and individuals to seriously comply with the provisions of law, not to let new violations arise, contributing to maintaining discipline and order in the commune.
