On May 18, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) held a Conference to unify the establishment of working groups to inspect and review establishments and business households showing signs of violating the use of agricultural land for wrong purposes, violating construction order and not ensuring fire prevention and fighting conditions.
At the conference, leaders of the Kieu Phu Commune Economic Department briefly reported on cases of production facilities and business households showing signs of violations, and at the same time agreed on a plan to establish inter-sectoral working groups to conduct comprehensive inspection and review of cases of using agricultural land for wrong purposes, illegal construction works, and production and business facilities that do not ensure fire safety conditions, posing potential risks of unsafety for the community.
According to the plan, the working groups will organize reviews, prepare dossiers, and classify the level of violations for each case; at the same time, propagate and mobilize households and production and business establishments to voluntarily comply with the provisions of law, proactively overcome existing problems, dismantle violating works and complete the conditions to ensure fire prevention and fighting safety.
At the conference, delegates also agreed on handling plans for cases of intentionally delaying and not complying, resolutely applying handling measures according to regulations, including implementing power and water cuts according to Decree 42/2025/ND-HDND dated September 29, 2025 to suspend operations, prevent violations from arising, and ensure the strictness of the law.
Accordingly, the conference also agreed to establish 3 working groups. The groups will conduct simultaneous inspection and review of all production facilities and business households in the area showing signs of violations according to the list proposed by the Commune Police and the Commune Economic Department reported at the conference, the inspection time starts from the end of May 2026.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Phan Trung Cuong - Standing Vice Chairman of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee emphasized: the inspection and review of violations this time is carried out with a drastic, synchronous, public, transparent and in accordance with legal regulations; there are no forbidden zones, and no new violations will arise.
Leaders of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee requested working groups to promote the spirit of responsibility, closely coordinate in the process of performing tasks; strengthen propaganda to help people understand, agree and strictly comply with State regulations on land, construction order and fire prevention and fighting.
