Previously, at about 6:45 pm on September 12, functional forces received information that a male tourist fell from the 17th floor of Sapaly Hotel, Lao Cai ward.
The victim is Jojun, born on December 15, 1988, Korean nationality.
According to initial information, Jojun rented a room at the Sapaly hotel from August 29, 2026, the expected registration time is until September 15, 2026.
Immediately after receiving the information, functional forces of Lao Cai ward were present at the scene, deploying measures to protect the scene, and at the same time coordinating with Lao Cai Provincial Police to conduct an examination and collect relevant information.
