The initial cause was determined to be that the sleeper bus lost its brakes. The accident did not cause any casualties, the front of the car and the school gate were damaged," Mr. Son said.
At the above time, a passenger car running the Hanoi - Hoang Su Phi route, when traveling to the school gate area, suddenly crashed into the right gate pillar. The strong impact caused the front of the car to be deformed, and the school gate was thrown far away.
After the accident, the police force was present to examine the scene. Functional agencies have assigned the bus company to work with the school to agree on a remedial plan and compensation according to regulations.
